Reina Rodriguez has since posted her story on Facebook. She alleges Aaron Dalan first began raping her when she was 7. The post also asserts that Reina was institutionalized at Clearview Girls Academy in Montana during the case and was unable to testify clearly due to immense psychological pressure.

Clearview has been sued in the past for negligence and the infliction of mental anguish.
