Travis (Xander) Deccio | Bankruptcy, Blackmail & Drag for Children
In early September, Mayor Janice Deccio called 911 on some alleged "far-right wing" petitioners gathering signatures outside the West Valley Walmart. This story sparked international attention.
During a tyrannical City Council meeting, Mayor Deccio gave a statement about her 911 call, including that she and her husband had been the alleged recipients of harassment.
You may be wondering why One Crackima cares at all about the Mayor's husband, so let's revisit some old news and data.
The Mayor's Husband | Travis (Xander) Deccio
The Mayor's husband is officially named Travis Deccio, although he often goes by Xander Deccio or Xander Ramone. Based on their Facebook pages, Janice and Travis also prefer to use nonbinary pronouns.
According to Facebook, both of the Deccios use the nonbinary "their" pronoun.
The Deccio's Finances
When your wife is an elected official, a lot about your lifestyle data is publicly available via websites like the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC). Campaign finances are heavily monitored, and the public is encouraged to keep candidates accountable.
One Crackima shamelessly looked up Janice Deccio's campaign profile.
During the infamous September council meeting, Mayor Deccio mentioned that her husband is a veteran with PTSD. According to the PDC, it does appear that Travis receives disability of some kind from Veteran's Affairs. Travis also notes that he's an Air Force veteran on his Linkedin profile.

The Yakima Herald-Republic keeps track of some types of financial records. They reported that the Deccios filed for bankruptcy back in 2016 over approximately $140,000 in debt and liabilities.
Ironic that Yakima should be having a budget crisis when the people in office can't seem to manage their own finances.
The Deccios also disclosed that they have a rental property. Interestingly, this property is currently being managed by Elizabeth Hallock, a Yakima attorney, pot shop owner, and repeatedly unelectable political candidate – she's currently running for state Attorney General.
Travis Deccio's Career
The Deccios both claim Travis is a professional photographer. A variety of internet sources corroborate that Travis works as a photojournalist for companies like Setlist, VNYLDEN, Deccio Creative, and Townsquare Media to name a few.
But what's interesting is that Travis Deccio seldom has any biographical information attached to his profiles. He doesn't appear to own any official platform, websites, or registered companies.
Deccio Creative, which Travis and Janice claim to have founded, has no legitimate filing with the Washington Secretary of State, and no functional website. Given professional photographers need official platforms to showcase their work, this seems highly unusual.
Travis Deccio's other flow of income is from the Seasons Performance Hall in Yakima, where he works as their Director of Marketing, Content Creation and Social Media. He is also their co-talent buyer, meaning he's responsible for finding, advertising, and promoting the Season's performers.
Travis Deccio's position at the Seasons places him at the center of Yakima's LGBTQ community.

The Deccios | Yakima's LGBTQ Movement
Mayor Deccio and her husband are heavily involved in Yakima's LGBTQ agenda. In Travis's case, he is a particularly prolific advertiser of drag stars who perform for children.
An Easter Drag Show for Children Was Protested
Around April 2023, there was a major controversy in Richland, WA. A restaurant called the Emerald of Siam was hosting a "family-friendly" drag show on Easter Sunday. A similar, children's Disney themed drag show had been protested in Pasco, WA a few days earlier.
The Christian community was upset for obvious reasons.
However, the Emerald of Siam carried on with their "family-friendly" Easter drag show, despite protests and the restaurant's windows reportedly being pasted in anti-LGBTQ posters the night before.
Facebook events showing child friendly drag shows in the Tri-Cities: Valentine's Day, Disney-themed, and Easter. Two of the events were protested, and the Emerald of Siam restaurant was even plastered in anti-LGBTQ posters the night before their Easter drag show (news headings from Northwest Public Broadcasting).
Travis Deccio Cultivates & Promotes Drag in Yakima
Travis Deccio's position at the Seasons Performance Hall as a co-talent buyer means he's responsible for sourcing, programming, and advertising performers. He has additionally promoted the Seasons' drag shows on his personal Facebook.
The drag performers Travis Deccio has been promoting are the same ones who put on the controversial "family-friendly" drag shows in Richland.
One of the names that keeps coming up is a Tri-Cities drag queen who goes by Tatiana Rexia.
Rexia helped put on Richland's Disney drag show for children, and has performed at the Seasons under Travis Deccio's personal promotion at least 3 times THIS YEAR. Travis and Rexia appear to have a semi-personal connection based on some their exchanged Facebook comments.
His advertising also appears to have connected Rexia to Yakima Pride, which is next door to the Seasons. Yakima Pride thanked Tatiana Rexia for attending and promoting their event called the "Rainbow Prom," a dance for LGBTQ identifying youth ages 14-20.
Travis (Xander) Deccio has personally promoted at least 3 drag events this year featuring "Tatiana Rexia," a drag queen who starred in the controversial Richland Disney drag show for children. Deccio appears to have some level of personal connection with Tatiana Rexia. Yakima Pride in turn promoted Tatiana Rexia at their Rainbow Prom, an age 14-20 LGBTQ dance event.
Travis Deccio | Blackmailing Former Mayor Byers
Deccio was also implicated in a blackmail scheme against Yakima's previous Republican Mayor, Patricia Byers. At the time, his wife Janice Deccio was running for City Council.
According to messages entered into the public record – by a source we redacted – Travis Deccio and Councilwoman Soneya Lund allegedly planned to blackmail Byers in order to get Janice Deccio elected.
In the messages, Lund instructs Travis Deccio to remove any comments that might make Lund's contacts think he was partisan. We'll discuss Lund's motives later.
Public record further shows that the redacted source emailed Lund for an explanation of the messages and notified City Manager Bob Harrison. It appears Harrison contacted the City Attorney Sara Watkins. However, no legal action or investigation seems to have taken place.
Given City Attorney Watkins' actions at the September Council meeting, we're disappointed but not really surprised by a lack of action. Lund simply claimed her phone was hacked, an explanation the redacted source openly disbelieved but chose not to pursue.

Once appointed to Mayorship, Janice Deccio immediately nominated Soneya Lund to be her Assistant Mayor. This only reinforced what Lund said in the messages to Travis Deccio:
"I need you to play the game because I really f***ing need her."

Our Conclusion on Travis & Janice Deccio
At this point, it's logical to ask, "Why? Why should we care about the Mayor's husband? Why do we care about his LGBTQ involvement? Why do we care about an alleged blackmail scandal?"
One of our earliest articles discussed how Travis Deccio was connected with a group called SAFE, which forced the City of Selah to settle for $300,000 over erasing BLM sidewalk chalk. One Crackima also discovered that SAFE happened to be lead by a couple of witches.
If you look around on Tatiana Rexia's social media, or even some of the other drag queens related to the Richland controversy, there are clear aesthetics of witchcraft and satanism.

Travis Deccio has promoted and adored a young man who wrecked and mutilated his body to become a demonic impression of a woman.
He has shown overt support and engagement in perverse, corrupt communities. His wife attempted to shut down harmless signature gatherers over initiatives dealing with parental notification.
Travis Deccio is a man who:
- Has professed some level of mental illness
- Leads a fiscally irresponsible household
- Is extensively involved in the LGBTQ community
- Promotes drag stars who perform for children
- Is connected with witches and satanists
- Has colluded in blackmail to elevate his wife into power
The Deccios are a packaged deal. Both have showed contempt for the public and that they will not be held accountable by the people.
