Never Forget | Honoring Charlie Kirk
Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, is dead – he was assassinated yesterday afternoon in front of his wife and children during a debate at the Utah Valley University. We have been robbed of a great man's presence on Earth, and it is a national tragedy.
Honoring Charlie Kirk
Charlie Kirk was no violent terrorist; he was an educator and a defender of the truth. He helped college students, most of whom were barely legal adults, navigate the web of leftist lies across campuses nationwide.
In honor of Charlie Kirk's respect for life, we want to make sure some of the insidious attempts to distort his murder are exposed.
3 Assassination Views the Media Won't Show
One tactic that is being used to downplay Charlie Kirk's murder is censorship. If J6 taught us anything, it's that real video footage will become harder to find as social media community guidelines kick in.
We managed to pull three un-redacted viewpoints of the assassination from X.
Warning: The footage below is uncensored and contains graphic content and language.

Speculating Kirk's Murder into Obscurity
A second tactic that has been used to obscure Charlie Kirk's murder is rampant speculation. One of the most offensive speculations we've encountered came from MSNBC – they claimed the killing shot could have come from the gun of a celebrating supporter.
MSNBC footage speculating that Charlie Kirk was shot by a celebratory supporter.
Looking at the three uncensored clips from people who were at the scene negates MSNBC's speculation immediately. Don't be fooled.
Dehumanization & The Celebration of Evil
The third tactic we've seen used to dishonor Charlie Kirk has been far more overt. Across social media, various leftists have been celebrating the assassination like there are no ramifications.
They're unbothered by the fact that an American man was just murdered over free speech. In fact, they're overjoyed...

If Charlie Kirk had been a liberal African-American, the riots would be insane right now. But no, he was a nonviolent, Christian educator. He used his words like an adult, and not bricks like childish Antifa activists.
Charlie Kirk's Death & Yakima Local News
This article wouldn't be complete without including a local take for our Yakima residents. Even our own "small-town" news has been caught being treacherous and dishonorable.
We refuse to tolerate it.
The Yakima Herald-Republic wrote a brief article titled, "Yakima-area leaders react to the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk."
The article is a tasteless attempt at showing bi-partisan sympathy. While the Herald featured some statements from relevant local leaders, they also decided to pull quotes from two of Yakima's most notorious enemies of free speech.
Soneya Lund | Censuring Free Speech Since 2021
A quote from former City Councilwoman Soneya Lund was included in the Herald's article:
"The news of the shooting death of Charlie Kirk in Utah is horrifying. There is no place for political violence in democracy. Thoughts and prayers for his wife and children."
-- Soneya Lund (Chair of the Yakima County Democrats)
Back in 2021, Soneya Lund voted to censure (reprimand) City Councilman Jason White because he made a Facebook post saying men shouldn't be participating in women's sports.
It was later discovered that Lund had voted to censure White solely to protect millions of dollars in state funding that would be used for youth LGBTQ homelessness in Yakima. Lund also happened to work for the benefiting organization at the time.
For the Herald to include Lund's "thoughts and prayers" to the Kirk family is not only insincere but grossly twisted.
Dan Newhouse | A Coward, Not A Protector
The Yakima Herald-Republic also opted to include a quote from Rep. Dan Newhouse:
"As we pray for [Charlie], his wife, and two young children, we must also recognize the unacceptable pattern of political violence we have witnessed in recent years. Political speech is free speech, and debate between ideologies is one of our core principles that has sustained this country for almost 250 years. It must be cherished and protected."
--U.S. Representative Dan Newhouse
We wonder: Did Dan Newhouse cherish free speech when he voted to impeach Donald Trump over J6? Did Dan Newhouse protect his constituents and their political ideologies when the FBI was hunting down anyone who had been near the Capitol to peacefully protest?
No. Newhouse is a coward, and for the Herald to quote him in this instance was insulting, not a consolation.
Today is the 24th anniversary of 9/11, marking the United States's entry into a global war on terrorism. Charlie Kirk's murder serves as a reminder that this war is far from over. You cannot afford to be deceived.
Within minutes of Charlie Kirk's death, we already discovered censorship, rampant distortions of the truth, and celebrations of evil. Yakima's own media shows us that the compassion of the wicked is cruel.
We are still fighting against acts of terror and lies in our own homeland, now more than ever – even in Yakima. Seek the truth and tell it well; Charlie Kirk did.
